    A Disappointing Experience This Time

    We chose this hotel for a relaxing family getaway, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. Dust in our Premier Room and unkempt hallways detracted from the experience. The beach view was lovely, but staff interactions were not as cute as before. I recommend addressing cleanliness issues .

    Everything was simply good. I appreciated the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were immensely pleasant. The hotel was in a marvellous location 5 minutes walk from Arabian Sea.

    Hotel turned out to be fairly clean and the breakfast option was complimentary and particularly nice. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was neat with out dated amenities. The location was marvellous and brilliant - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. We was surprised at nearby Peche Mignon, they had some goodies, drinks. The staff was very, very nice - we would love to go back.

    Didn't like the area, it was too dark.

    Accommodating our dietary preferences, and the views from the sunset lounge were amazing. The kids loved the spacious room and the vibrant beach atmosphere.

    In my wife's opinion, the pool could be larger for families with children.

    Perfect location right on the beach, beautiful pool, good spa and beauty salon, inexpensive shops, including one selling mousses and brownies from everycountry! Complimentary drinks and veggie nibbles every evening for an hour, choice of good restuarants, fantasic indian breakfasts, comfortable rooms.

    The amazing beach views and gorgeous pool were highlights. Loved exploring nearby local food joints and taking strolls along the beach. Definitely recommend trying the buffet breakfast. It was delicious!

    The lack of hot water in the bathroom was quite frustrating. Had to run down to get help, a hassle.

    Close to the beach

    We were given a smoking room whereas we requested a non smoking room. When rooms were changed they gave us an interconnecting room and the neighbours talked load constantly until 2am and then started their loud conversations at 6am. When we complained no action was taken. Very disappointing stay did not get any rest which is what we required in our final two days of India after hectic travels.

    Fairly clean and pleasant place, has perfect views over the beach. Special thanks to very nice and consistently courteous staff for making my stay a decent experience. The room is new-fashioned and the breakfast itself is complimentary and nice.
